All items bought in store cannot be refunded. We are however, where possible happy to exchange or offer a credit note.

Any products bought online can be returned within 14 days of receipt of product.

Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels

Papillon reserves the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item/s is visibly worn, damaged, washed, smells of smoke, or has any signs of ware, or is received in a condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.
